1. Iš kur siunčiamos prekės?

1. Where are the goods shipped from?

Our products can be shipped from two locations:

  • Lithuanian warehouse (used and some new goods)

  • European Union warehouses (EU suppliers)

2. Kiek laiko trunka pristatymas?

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the type of product:

From the Lithuanian warehouse:

  • Lithuania: 1–3 days.

  • Latvia, Estonia: 2–5 days.

  • Other EU countries: 3–9 days.

From EU warehouses:

  • 3–10 days

  • In some cases up to 12-15 days, depending on the supplier and country

3. Can I pick up the item in person?

Currently, live pickup is not available. All orders are shipped via courier.

4. Are the goods new or used?

In our store you will find:

  • new goods

  • carefully checked used goods

The condition of each item is clearly stated in the description.

5. Is there a warranty?

Yes:

  • New items have a manufacturer's warranty

  • Used items come with a seller's warranty (if applicable)

  • Goods from EU warehouses have a supplier's warranty, which may vary.

Warranty information is provided with the product.

6. Kaip veikia grąžinimas?

You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

From the Lithuanian warehouse: – the item is returned to the LT warehouse.

From EU warehouses: – the item is returned to the EU supplier's warehouse (instructions will be provided by email).

7. Kas apmoka grąžinimo siuntimą?

7. Who pays for the return shipping?

  • If the product is defective or incorrect – we will.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind - the buyer.

8. Ką daryti, jei gavau sugadintą ar netinkamą prekę?

8. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Ar gali būti, kad prekės bus pristatytos atskirai?

9. Is it possible that the goods will be delivered separately?

Yes. If an order contains items from a LT warehouse and an EU warehouse, they may arrive in different packages.

An order can be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, the return policy applies.
