Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and fair return experience. Return policies may vary depending on whether the item is shipped from a Lithuanian warehouse or an EU supplier.

1. Return period

You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.

2. Return conditions

Returned goods must be:

  • unused, undamaged and in good condition

  • in the original packaging (if possible)

  • with all accessories, if any were attached

Items damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.

3. Goods from the Lithuanian warehouse

  • The return is made to our LT warehouse.

  • The buyer pays for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • The money will be refunded after the product is inspected.

4. Goods from EU suppliers

Goods shipped directly from EU suppliers have separate return policies:

  • Return shipping costs are usually paid by the buyer.

  • The product must be returned to the supplier's warehouse in the EU, not to Lithuania.

  • Exact return instructions are provided upon request.

  • Some suppliers may apply additional conditions (e.g., not accepting used or unpackaged goods).

If the supplier refuses to accept the return due to the customer's fault (e.g., damaged item), the money will not be refunded.

5. Non-returnable goods

Non-returnable goods may include:

  • hygiene products

  • individually ordered goods

  • goods whose condition has clearly changed due to use

Such goods are clearly marked in the product description.

6. Damaged or incorrect goods

To return an item:

  1. Contact us by email info@kortasanta.com

  2. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will provide exact return instructions (LT warehouse or EU supplier)

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

7. Refund

  • Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable (except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect).

8. Damaged or incorrect goods

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt

  • Add photos or video

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund.
